Overview / Usage

  • We are unfamiliar with the performance optimization of Unreal Engine, and the packaged projects are stuck.
  • A lot of particle effects may be used in the later period of "Edge". During the test, we found that the CPU occupancy rate is very high.

Methodology / Approach

  • Intel has excellent optimization for Unreal Engine, and we have further optimized on this basis.
  • Through Graphics Trace Analyzer, we have a concept of performance consumption to help us understand how to optimize in the future.
  • We also found many useful documents related to Unreal Engine on Intel's official website.
