Overview / Usage

If you like an intense arcade battle experience, defending against waves of enemies and solid retro game mechanics but on a Virtual Reality (VR) platform than check out Anti Air and join the forces defending the galaxy.

Challanges: optimizing the game/graphics for virtual reality experience, handling different headsets and controllers.

Methodology / Approach

Starting with selecting an engine that provides the capability to develop a game and have support for various VR platforms such as Oculus, HTC and Steam. Various SDK's can be used in Unity to do so.
Next is to see what is the preformance what type of lighting and how much vertices, type of shaders, drawcalls, etc give a performance required by the platforms. Running at a framerate of 80 FPS on Oculus for example .
