Overview / Usage
We are building a solution to make sure the customer gets the best of the shopping experience. Also, we make sure that the visitor's feedback is recorded in a very simple, yet a very powerful manner.
After visiting the showroom many times we get confused as in if this product would suit our home? Which color would be apt for us? Will this be apt in dimension? All these can be avoided by using our APP. Just sit at home, scan the QR code, AR view shall be presented with the products embedded through AR. This can also be used in the showroom to have an enhanced buying experience. The color of the AC/ Refrigerators etc. can be changed and they can be placed at corners of the walls to have complete AR experience. Once shortlisted, with one click, a purchase order can be placed.
Finally, once the shopping is over, we record the feedback in a novel method! Just through a smile.
Methodology / Approach
- The AR environment has to be set with the tools used.
- The Application can be launched.
- Appropriate QR code has to be scanned. Immediately the AR view shall be presented for the user.
- For the Visitor Feedback system, just launch the app. Have a look with the emotion shown. Feedback is recorded.
