Overview / Usage

AUDiTO is an attempt to help people overcome their hearing and speech impairments and gain confidence to interact with the rest of the world. It is a revolutionary hearing aid that has the following salient features: 

• AUDiTO is the cheapest hearing aid (at ~1% of the existing solution)
• Unique and independent, interactive learning platform to educate the deaf-mute population.
• There is no need to purchase any external hardware or amplifier other than the device (Existing highly-priced solutions require the pocket amplifier for the functioning of the hearing aid)
• It works on Bone conduction, which is the proven technology to cure hearing loss and doesn't have any side effects on human body
• It does not require any surgery to be implanted, but it is wear-as-you-want and wear-when-you-want!

Methodology / Approach

• It uses a standalone circuit that acts as a medium to transfer the vibrations to the sensory organ.
• There is no costly hardware dependency as processing is done on an android based smartphone. 
• The audio sound packages can be fine tuned with the help of the android device and can be processed accordingly.
• With an inbuilt IoT based embedded algorithms, the hearing capacity can be measured and predicted for better treatment plans.
