A complex international network of hidden operatives have shaped history for centuries. The rise and fall of individuals, governments, and nations is carefully calculated. They control the media. They control industry. They control you. Now, for the first time, critically acclaimed sound designer Justin Lassen is pulling back the veil and uncovering their dark and powerful underworld. Building on the success of his dark cinematic construction kit, White Rabbit Asylum, Justin spent over a decade traversing the globe, venturing into the shadows to collect thousands of new field recordings of the unheard. From occult mountain shrines in Asia to grottos littered with thousands of human bones in Europe, he procured samples of mysterious and hidden spaces where secret societies have operated in ancient and modern times. From obscure passageways under cathedrals to symbolic monuments hidden in plain sight, Justin has extracted some of the secret stories these places tell. Carefully sifting through countless hours of rich ambisonic and binaural audio samples and impulse responses, Justin has masterfully crafted them into this new cutting-edge brotherhood of cinematic construction kits. Black Fox Society: Abstract contains a discriminating collection of 50 ambient loops, 65 instrumental loops, and 310 creative beat layers consisting of 483 one-shots and 13 complete Impact XT kits for ATOM. All of this is delivered to you in high-resolution 24-bit/96 kHz sound. This robust collection opens the door for you to expertly forge otherworldly soundscapes for experiential horror, sci-fi, paranormal, fantasy and supernatural genres. From first-person VR environments to cinematic trailers to industrial composition, imagine what is possible as you work to create the world you desire. Crack open the vault and let Black Fox Society: Abstract show you what is possible. ...learn more

Overview / Usage
The theme is "secret societies", but the overview is that I wanted a library that had beautiful immersive surround audio, 3d audio and spatial audio that video game and film composers, musicians and songwriters could use to bring their worlds to life. This library is 3.7GB of content. There are some great demos on the website to hear what it can do!
Compatible with Studio One Prime, Artist, and Professional (Versions 3.5.5 and higher) 13 ATOM / Impact XT Kits (Studio One 4 Artist & Professional only) 50 Ambient Loops (654MB, 1.6GB uncompressed) 65 Instrumental Layers (251MB, 571MB uncompressed)
310 Industrial Beat Layers (498MB, 1.33GB uncompressed) 483 One-Shots (202MB) 1.6 GB (3.7 GB uncompressed)
Methodology / Approach
I traveled to 22 countries and did a lot of field recording. I collected IR (impulse responses) of rooms and places, to create custom reverb scenarios. I also collected lots of foley work and design. I had over 5TB's of audio and video to sort and organize, edit, morph, and finalize for this release. It was a year long process, but is a first of its kind for VR immersive audio libraries.
