Overview / Usage
This project looks at causality: one of the most important aspects of advanced artificial intelligence (AI). The reasons for why it is crucial to incorporate the knowledge of and ability to infer about causality is explained. Various scholar opinions have been discussed and active frameworks that enable researchers to gain more insight and apply causal inference in AI are presented.
Methodology / Approach
Both frameworks of structural causal models (SCMs) by Pearl and potential outcomes model by Rubin are presented.
