Graphics rendering of physics-based collision simulation using rigid body dynamics to generate a text using the domino effect.
Methodology / Approach
The main objective here is to generate a text using the domino effect. In order to achieve this, physics-based collision simulation is followed by configuring rigid body dynamics on the meshes. Textures are mapped appropriately to generate the text post domino effect. An initial force was exerted with a rigid sphere on the dominos (which are rectangular rigid body meshes) for them to fall and finally form a pattern - INTEL. The keyframes were configured for the camera in order to capture and render the complete simulation.
