Overview / Usage

Courier, Express and Parcel Delivery VR Trainer is a VR Training environment that showcases an intelligent cargo space via computer vision and AI like the Mercedes-Benz Vans CoROS which automates labor-intensive processes throughout the last mile and tracks cargo from distribution hub to doorstep.

Features of our VR simulation POC :

  • Automatic door mechanism and door pivot setting
  • Door and guidance lighting AI systems for parcel organization
  • Automatic parcel scanning
  • Create Merecedes-Benz 3D Model with texturing and lighting
  • Create Hand Avatar, Animation and Map with HTC Vive Controller
  • Create Pick-and-Drop Courier package feature
  • Object collision physics

Methodology / Approach

The concept is based on Mercedes-Benz CoRos - AI based product for Mercedes Benz - innovative Cargo Recognition and Organisation System - Mercedes-Benz Vans transforms the cargo space of its vehicles using Computer Vision and artificial intelligence.

Based on the concept play and videos, we developed the ideation for a VR Trainer which will allow the participant to get a feel of the Courier, Express and Parcel Delivery.

The VR Trainer helps a participant to understand the whole process for Courier, Express and Parcel Delivery .
