Overview / Usage

Develop a NN capable of indentify the sentiment behind a comment of a news related to one of the presidential candidates of Brazil.
The idea is to create a temometer-like application that provides an overview of people's feeling about those candidates.

Methodology / Approach

First i define some of the most relevant news site in Brazil. After that, i grabbed all the comments in any news that contain one of the presidential candidates.
After a little data processing, i'll split the data into training and test set.
After the training step, i'll compose a temometer-like application and disponibilize it for the general public.
After the election, i'll try to find any correlation between our sentiment analysis and the elected president.
