Overview / Usage

A smart card will be provided to all patients which will help them to carry or track their all health-related records.It allows the patients, doctors or insurance companies to access the necessary health documents easily and quickly without any complicated operations.

Methodology / Approach

It creates a smart card for a patient which they can use through our application to track the health records.
