Overview / Usage

The project is aimed at reducing language barrier in my native country Uganda . Luganda is one of the most common languages in Uganda and it is spoken across almost all the regions of the country. The application will use AI to be able to convert commonly spoken words,abbreviations, numbers (ordinals, cardinals, dates,
time, money, etc.), dates, measurements (kg, inches, %, etc.) from English into Luganda words and vice versa. This is aimed at making Luganda a language for all by enabling not very fluent luganda speakers to comprehend basic luganda as well as fluent luganda speakers to comprehend basic english
