None of the present assistant do not do all email related operation, and this assistant would do all of the but now using natural language, and with some new advanced features.
Cover all basic operation, new, respond, forward, with text to speech and voice dictation. Also can do advanced operation like text proofing and clarity recommendation, and even email etiquette recommendations.

Methodology / Approach

The first step is the integration with an email client and implementation of basic email operations, new, reply, reply all, forward etc. Second phase is implementation of text to speech of the emails taking in account the language. Third is the reliable dictation capabilities of email text. Next phase would be abilities to proof read it and the ability to propose better versions of it. Lastly it would be implementing email etiquette and other rules (needing access to the address list), for example at reply all to warn that you are plying to more than x peoples and also to name who are outside of your organization.

Technologies Used

The biggest technological challenges are around voice recognition, to get the best result from one of the AI technologies, or even how to combine them for best results. Second challenge is to implement email text analysis and proofreading on a next level, to be able to rewrite and email and not loose context and meaning, here again a mix of AI technologies must be explored.
