Overview / Usage

This project uses computer vision related technology to innovate the traditional liquid level measurement technology in float glass furnace. Because the application of image processing technology is stable, efficient, reliable, low-cost and easy to maintain in this measurement process, it has become the key research direction of the use technology of the next generation liquid level measurement device.

And in this production environment, the measurement technology based on computer vision can easily achieve non-contact detection, and can be applied to abnormal temperature, toxicity, radiation, underwater and other places that are difficult to be measured manually to accurately measure the relative position change of liquid level. Second, the image display is very intuitive, in line with people's visual habits, realize man-machine joint detection and reduce potential safety hazards. In addition, the secondary processing of the camera is relatively easy. For example, installing a high magnification optical magnifying glass in front of the camera can achieve high detection accuracy that is difficult to achieve by other detection methods.
