PCs have to be fun to use again. Kids need to work with PCs again. Whenever a kid has to configure a video to be displayed at full screen, he needs to do some research to understand how to do it. He should say full screen and it should be enough. If he wants to start playing an online game with a friend, he can tell this to the computer and he should start the gaming session. Overview / Usage
It is necessary to make laptops and PCs simple to use for kids. Kids have a specific way of interacting with others and with computers. NLP designed for kids will make it easy to bring kids back to the PC. Nowadays, kids are using smartphones, gaming consoles and they have difficulties to interact with a keyboard and a mouse.
NLP4Kids will make it easy for kids to perform the most complex configuration tasks in different operating systems. They will be able to use any laptop with Movidius with the same commands. They won't have to think which specific keys they have to press to set a specific configuration in Control Panel. No need to interact with complex configurations. They will be able to easily perform the tasks they want to perform.
Methodology / Approach
I use NLP capabilities included in Intel Movidius to generate a specific NLP framework targeting kids.
