Overview / Usage

With its customizable and flexible architecture, the SigHealth platform allows the development of different models, among them SigHealth Pro.

SigHealth Pro allows the patient himself to take care of his health by making use of the technology. With SigHealth Pro you use your Personal Health Devices to perform your remote monitoring and share your data history with health professionals and your family.

SigHealth Pro has been designed to enable chronic patients to be accompanied by healthcare professionals, and their evolution can be shared.

scales, oximeters, glymeters, thermometers, blood pressure meters, activity monitors and cardiac monitors.

 
SERVICES AND FUNCTIONALITY:

Personalized Internet Portal: Possibility to choose a set of services of the Platform for each partner;
Physician and Patient Applications: Patients can monitor their progress via portal, and physicians can create health monitoring programs for each patient;
Account management: definition of access policies for each type of user. Eg: A physician can only access the set of patients assigned to it;
Patient evolution management: services for follow-up and creation of patient health monitoring programs. These services include setting thresholds for alerting health professionals. Also included is the possibility of adding medical notes to each patient;
Query Management: Services for creating and scheduling query orders;
Notification system: automatic notification services for users and health professionals about alerts;
Event System: Services for managing events in a user's schedule.

Methodology / Approach

The entire development process was performed using SCRUM agile development framework

Technologies Used

.Net, AngularJS, Ionic, Android, Intel processors, NodeJS, Cordova, SQL, bootstrap, Jenkins, Code tool review, etc.
