Overview / Usage
The present invention is directed towards construction and implementation of a vehicular safety helmet which prevents the vehicle from being started should the user not wear the helmet while on-board the vehicle and also serves as an effective deterrent to unauthorized use or theft of the vehicle. Principally, general purpose of the present invention is to assess disabilities and shortcomings inherent to known methodologies comprising state of the art and develop a new technology incorporating all available advantages of
prior art and none of its disadvantages.
Methodology / Approach
According to principles of construction embodying the present invention, inventive vehicular safety helmet system proposed herein comprises of an power circuit, an infra-red transmitter circuit and a receiver circuit which, when respectively integrated within a conventional helmet and the vehicle respectively, along with connective means comprising relays and wires, serve for authentication and signalling of proximity within the user and vehicle. It shall be worthwhile to mention that communications between the helmet & vehicle comprises of wireless type and so linked to ignition circuit of the vehicle that prevents the vehicle from being started should the user not wear the helmet while on-board the vehicle.
The person is wearing the helmet is sensed through AI in real time to authenticate & grant access to the use of the vehicle.
