Overview / Usage

The aim of the project was to develop a system prototype integrating various information sources (SCADA / EMS, qualymetry, oscillography, alarm treatment) to graphically display a dynamic systemic view of the state of the electrical system. Measure the effectiveness of the proposed solution through experiments and using appropriate metrics. The experiments should verify and characterize: the gain obtained; the remaining problems; the feasibility of a possible FSO operation; recommended future steps. Generate recommendations for the evolution of solutions to Control Centers in order to always obtain a systemic view on the state of the electrical system.

Methodology / Approach

The development was accompanied by a superior who maintained contact with the coordinators and clients and most of the activities were carried out in person. No known development framework was used. The main activities involved searches in the database.
