Overview / Usage
For the console recording part I can use a video card to project my gameplay to the desktop through the use of softwares compatible with the card. This will allow me to record any gameplay on say my Not-tendo Lever or my ZCubeTWO. This setup can be easily adjusted to be used for streaming by just placing a camera in the middle of the 2 monitors or/and a mic. With the placement of the Not-tendo Lever I can easily take it out and play in handheld mode then get back to console mode in 2 seconds. The ZCubeTWO all I have to do is push the logo on the controller and bam it's already turned on. To optimize the usage of these 2 consoles or even more I can get a HDMI switch that automatically switches between them so I don't have to unplug the HDMI from one console then plug it into another.
For Youtubing, you can take a decent amount of the console recording section and apply it here too. But to capitalize off that the 2 monitors allow for OBS to be on one monitor and for whatever game i'm playing to be on the other. This allows for easy accessibility between my 2 processes. The open space around the desk can be shifted around to accommodate whatever mode I want the desk to be in, whether it's game mode or study mode. I can use the entire desk space to play say an fps or accommodate for a streaming set up. This setup also allows for you to easily edit on one of the screens whilst having say another folder open holding the footage just to not be as congested.
In terms of school work destroying. The monitor on the left most side will have touchscreen capability. Allowing me to physically write on the desktop if the need arises using it as a notebook. The deskspace allows me to push back the keyboard and mouse allowing me free space to put my school computer up and stream it to the Sabito PC.
The Intel Core i9-12900K CPU will enhance this design by being able to run more than one process at once reliably. If you want to play a graphics intensive game and record it at the same time too you need more power and resources. Systems like OBS have frame loss or lag when your computer does not have enough resources to handle, say playing Phasmophobia on max graphics. How scary would it be if the ghost pops up and you're panicking but the audience watching the stream only sees that one moment you're fine, but the next you're dead. Not fun or scary right? This CPU can easily run both obs and Phasmophobia, whilst streaming to twitch, and allow me to be on discord screaming at my friends the ghost is literally behind them.
Methodology / Approach
As of now I have little experience in building a desktop other than when I was in high school where in my Computer Hardware class I wired my computer wrong and it started constantly beeping. Beyond that I have tampered and deconstructed a bunch of laptops and even fixed some. So using some of those methods and learning along the way (thanks computer architecture) to develop this computer into a console recording, School work destroying, youtuber dreaming supercomputer.
