Overview / Usage

I'm working with a big Italian manufacturing company to improve security of workers in the assembly line. We are using camera to monitor the use of the safety garments as glasses and gloves at the working place. We are also experimenting the use of computer vision and machine learning to check live camera stream searching for workers without the right sefety equipment or for unsafe behaviors (misplaced tools, unauthorized access etc) and report any excpetion.

Safety of workers are an important aspect for any company, but sometimes workers forget simple safety rules or garments, and easily check and prompt for fix can be achived without too much effort with this kind of monitoring, at the edge, where usually low powerd pc and simple camera can be already present.
