Tim is CTO and Co-Founder of MOD Tech Labs. He leads our team of software engineers and 3D artists to produce the groundbreaking AI-powered technology that is reshaping the future of content creation. After graduating from Full Sail University, Tim began his career as an animation artist and, over two decades, expanded into more highly technical developer roles at leading game and production studios. Aside from helping produce countless games, movies, and XR experiences, Tim has used his deep knowledge of technology and entertainment paradigms to discover solutions to the production industry’s problems. At MOD, Tim is building simple, functional tools that automate mundane production tasks and empower production studios with more time and resources. Last year, he was awarded an Innovation Award by the Austin Chamber and was also recognized as an Intel Top Innovator for the third consecutive year. Tim is the father of two small humans who he raises in Austin, Texas with his wife and CEO, Alex Porter.
